Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us through the Contact page with your order number.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled; you may use our 7-day return policy after delivery.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- We may cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing errors or failed address verification; you will be notified and fully refunded.
- Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being disabled for that customer.
