Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Punyaghar.in purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy.

• Eligibility: Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
• Damaged / wrong / defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video so we can send a replacement or refund quickly.
• How to return: Use the Contact page, share your order number and reason. Once approved we will arrange pickup or share return instructions.
• Refunds: After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI/bank transfer to the details you share.
• Non-returnable: Items damaged due to misuse, or returned after 7 days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except when the error is ours.
